795 – is an exciting exhibition by 16 Visual Artists from Swale (and a few good friends!) which runs from 10th March to 16th March and you are all invited - The Private View is on Thursday 11th March from 6.30-8-pm There will be entertainment from Lis and Elaine and a poetry recital from Jim Tipp along with a complimentary glass or 2 of wine. This exhibition has been arranged by Swale Arts “the pub group” to promote the talents of our many Artists and area.
2010 SAF Bursary Award ceremony -
Saturday 6th Feb at Sheppey Little Theatre
The 3rd Swale Arts Forum Bursary Award of £700 will be presented by the Mayor & Mayoress of Swale to a creative writer living and working in Swale on Saturday 6th February at the Sheppey Little Theatre Meyrick Road, Sheerness. Kent. ME12 2NX . It all starts at 6.30pm the bar will be open and light refreshments will be served. There will also be entertainment from Jamie Evenden -last years winner of the performance arts Award , singing from “4 of a Kind” and short recitals from local poets and storytellers.
